3 Comma Capital Incubator

The 3 Comma Capital SCR incubator and accelerator has been awarded financial support through the "Vouchers for Incubators and Accelerators" initiative, as detailed below. This initiative is part of Investment 02 - Digital Transition of Companies, under Component 16 - Companies 4.0 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

Recognizing the crucial role of incubators and accelerators in increasing startup success rates—and considering that startups are increasingly digital-first in their business models, services, and products—it is essential to invest in the upskilling of their human resources, as well as in their own digital transformation.

Within this framework, the "Vouchers for Incubators and Accelerators" initiative has a total allocation of €20 million, aimed at strengthening the development of these structures, particularly in the adoption of new technologies, the reinforcement of resources, and the continuous enhancement of knowledge and competencies essential to supporting startups with digital-based business models.

The IAPMEI serves as the intermediary beneficiary of this initiative, while Startup Portugal is the managing entity.
